Memora is a travel journal for iPhone. This page is where to write if something does not work, or if you want to ask something.

Write in English or German, whichever suits you. It is one person answering, so give it a day or two.
When something has gone wrong, these three lines save a round trip: which iPhone, which version of iOS, and what you did just before it happened. The app’s version is at the bottom of Settings.
On your iPhone, and nowhere else. Memora has no account and no server. The one exception is a shared album, and only if you start one yourself: the photos you add to it go into your own iCloud so the people you invite can see them. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
Settings, then Export & backup. That writes everything into one file: moments, photos, voice memos and reflections. Keep the file somewhere safe, and on the new iPhone use “Restore from a backup” on the same screen.
Restoring replaces whatever is in Memora at the time, so it belongs on a fresh start rather than on a journal you have already been writing.
Open Memora Plus in Settings and tap “Restore purchases”. It has to be the same Apple Account that bought it.
Memora reads the date and place your photos already carry, and looks for runs of them taken away from where you usually are. Two things stop it: photos with no location, and photos that arrived through a messaging app, which usually strips both. Those are set aside for you to place by hand rather than guessed at.
Yes, and without asking anyone. The export above is a single file that holds the lot. Memora keeps no copy of it, and where it goes from there is your business.
Settings, then Delete everything. It removes the rows, the photos and the recordings from the device. Photos you imported stay in your photo library, because those were never Memora’s to remove. A shared album you started stays until you end it, because it is not only yours any more.
